The Belgian artist Peter Rogiers creates sculptures strongly related to the world of comic books. For Beaufort03 he made a rugged sculpture of aluminium in Knokke. It seems as if the figure is coming from the marsh mud out of the dark water. The title in turn refers with a wink to the known sweets. Until now the work can be admired on the Sint-Michiels square in Knokke-Heist. Currently a new location for the sculpture is being sought.
